Eighteen years ago, a friend and I started TASK Real Estate in New York. We began by focusing primarily on commercial real estate, building relationships and working on projects throughout the region. Over the years, the business evolved, and in recent years we expanded into new development opportunities as well. One of the projects we are especially proud to be involved with is the Boardwalk in Long Beach, NY, with an estimated sellout of approximately $350 million. In addition, we have helped raise funds for several other major developments and large-scale projects. Recently, we expanded into Florida, where we are working with high-net-worth individuals to identify investment properties and luxury residences. We are also working with technology companies entering the real estate space, helping connect them with opportunities and strategic partnerships.
